watermelon sherbet


1. 1/2 large watermelon
2. 1/4 cup Half and half
3. 1/8 cup Maple syrup
4. three pinches of salt
5. 1/2 tablespoon vanilla

preparation
1. purée watermelon
2. put purée in freezer mixing every one an a half hours until desired consistency
3. mix in all other ingredients
4. enjoy!

sour apple sauce

1. one green apple
2. 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
3. 1 tablespoon Maple syrup

preparation
1. put all ingredients in blender and blend till puréed
2. enjoy on watermelon sherbet!
